2012 Registration Fees

Notes:

1. House League players who register by February 25, 2012 will receive a $10.00 earlybird discount.
2. There is a 10% discount available for families who register three or more players.
3. Payment may be made in cash, by cheque or by money order. Please make cheques payable to: Clairlea-Westview Soccer Club.
4. Proof of birth date is required (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, new Ontario Health Card, etc.)
5. Health Card number is required.

Should your child be unable to play after having registered, refunds will be considered up until the distribution of uniforms. All but $30.00 will be refunded for House League registrations, to cover the costs of OSA and CSA registration and the club's administrative costs. For Competitive refunds, all but $70.00 will be returned.
